That’s why we’ve partnered with the National Drowning Prevention Alliance (NDPA), a leading organization dedicated to preventing drowning through education, advocacy, and innovation. Together, we’re working to expand water safety awareness and reduce drowning, one swim lesson at a time.

There is always welcoming staff at the front desk, there is a large kids section to color and play in while you wait for class to start, the pool is always warm so the kids can actually focus on learning to swim instead of freezing, and the changing rooms are nice and big with hair dryers, clothes dryers, and bathrooms for after. I never took proper swim lessons and in all honesty I have a fear of the water if my feet aren't touching the ground. They have adult classes, the class I am in is small which is great as my instructor is able to sort of tailor teaching based on where each person is. My instructor is understanding and not pushy at all which I love! I'm only a few weeks in but have been really happy with my experience so far and would recommend to anyone who wants to perhaps learn to swim for the first time or someone who wants improve their skills.

Parents receive regular updates through our Splash-N-Tell sessions, where your swimmer can show off their skills. Life happens, and we get it! Students are eligible for one (1) make-up lesson every calendar month due to the student’s absence. The make-up lesson must be completed within two (2) weeks from the date of the original absence and is subject to the availability of instructors and the facility at which the original lesson took place. No credit will be given if the student is subsequently unable to attend the scheduled make-up lesson. A student’s right to a make-up lesson cannot be transferred to any other student.

How do I withdraw from lessons?

We understand that flexibility is key for busy families. To drop a student from lessons under any program, log into your account via the customer portal and complete the drop enrollment option for your student. You may also call or speak to a staff member at the location your student is enrolled to complete and receive confirmation of your drop. As you can only sign up for classes via the customer portal or via phone, you can only drop classes through those mechanisms and not through email or any other manner.

You must submit a drop request at least thirty (30) days prior to your intent to drop from monthly swim lessons. The cancellation will be effective upon the thirty-first (31st) day after receiving receipt of proper notification (the “Drop Date”). All monthly tuition must be paid through the Drop Date and will be prorated according to the date. Your drop has been processed only when you receive an email confirmation.

The Importance of Water Safety

Drowning remains the leading cause of injury-related death for children ages 1–4, and yet, it’s one of the most preventable tragedies. Swim lessons alone can reduce the risk of drowning by up to 88%, making them a critical tool for every family. Beyond that, developing strong swimming techniques can empower swimmers of all ages to navigate water safely and confidently.

Audrey, General Manager

Audrey became a valued member of the Safe Splash family in 2023, and since then, she has dived headfirst into her role. Starting as an Operations Manager for multiple locations, she has rapidly ascended to the position of Regional Manager while concurrently holding the role of General Manager at our Prosper University Location.

With over a decade of experience in Early Education, Audrey brings a wealth of knowledge, especially from her extensive background in preschool and classroom settings. Her meticulous attention to detail streamlines accounting and scheduling processes, ensuring smooth operations. Beyond her managerial skills, Audrey's genuine passion for children propels her to foster their growth in the vital life skill of swimming.

Audrey's personal connection to swimming dates back to her childhood, where she not only enjoyed the activity but also competed throughout middle and high school.

Outside of her professional commitments, Audrey finds joy in diverse interests. Whether it's delving into a good book, experimenting with culinary creations, savoring music, or simply spending quality time with friends and family, she embraces life's varied pleasures.

Currently she is completing her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary and Special Education, Audrey continues to blend her academic pursuits with her unwavering dedication to Safe Splash and the holistic development of young swimmers.

Jayd became an integral part of the SafeSplash family in 2018, embarking on a journey of growth within the company. Her dedication and hard work started as an Instructor at our Frisco Little Elm Location, and she has since ascended through the ranks to become the General Manager for our East Plano School and now serves on our Prosper management team.

Jayd's passion for training staff and commitment to exceptional customer service make her an invaluable member of our team. Her keen attention to detail not only ensures the smooth scheduling of classes but also contributes to the overall positive experience for our students and their families.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Jayd finds joy in interior design, showcasing her creative flair in transforming spaces. Her leisure time is often spent surrounded by friends and family, creating memorable moments.

Coach Zoya, a wonderful addition to the SafeSplash family since the summer of 2023! Her arrival has brought a kind and gentle spirit to every class she teaches, creating a positive and nurturing environment for our swimmers. Coach Zoya finds particular joy in teaching at the Beginner 2 and 3 levels, where her patience and encouraging demeanor help young swimmers build foundational skills with confidence.

Outside of swimming and chess, Aarav enjoys exploring STEM projects, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering in his community. His favorite levels to teach are Beginner 4 and Intermediate 1, where he thrives on guiding swimmers to develop foundational skills and advance their techniques. Outside the pool, Coach Miller is passionate about fostering safety, growth, and success in all his students.

How long will it take my child to learn to swim?

It’s a question every parent faces as they strive to ensure their child is equipped for safety in and around the water. Which is why we’ve created the S.A.F.E.R. Swimmer Promise, a commitment to ensure your child learns critical self-rescue skills. We’ll teach them the skills needed to pass our water safety test in one year or less, or we’ll provide up to 2 months of free lessons to help them succeed.

Our proven curriculum teaches 10 essential swim skills designed to make every swimmer safer in the water. Your child will successfully perform these essential self-rescue and safety skills in 12 months or less – or we'll give you up to 2 months of free lessons to help them succeed.

Swimmers aged 4 and up in Beginner 2-4 are ready for the S.A.F.E.R. Swimmer curriculum, where they’ll master self-rescue and water safety skills.
Our water safety test is designed to assess each swimmers ability to perform essential skills for self-rescue and safety. If they don’t pass within one year of consistent attendance, they’ll receive up to 2 months of free lessons to help them succeed.
Practice makes progress, so weekly attendance is required, with no more than 4 missed lessons to keep the promise intact (facility closures not included).

For children ages 4+ in Beginner 2–4 group classes at participating locations. If a swimmer doesn’t pass the S.A.F.E.R. Swimmer Test within one year of consistent weekly attendance (no more than 4 absences), they’ll receive up to 2 months of free lessons or until they pass, whichever comes first. Make-up lessons must be completed within 2 weeks of an absence to stay eligible.
